Back. This morning at 6:20am as I was trying to lift Makenna in to the car because she would not do it on her own. You know that one snowflake would have just ruined her pants. I bent over, grabbed her and then I got this horrible pain in my mid back. Great, I pulled a muscle or 2 or 10. So Brad go her in the car and I drove down to moms in some minor pain. Train ride was ok and work wasn't bad. I am ok to walk or sit straight. Any bending, lifting, twisting hurts like a you know what.
So tonight as I settle in to watch my favourite show (criminal minds) I will be using this to ice my back.
