My sister's boyfriend Will rocks. He is a chef and came over Saturday and cooked us all dinner - Brad, Mel, Heather and I! He made goat cheese and spinach stuffed chicken with a roasted red pepper sauce, roasted potato's and broccoli. It was fantastic. Mel and I took the kids swimming at 6:30 and came home to this scrumptious meal. Thanks Will! :)
